Full Stack Developer - .Net/Flutter

Position Title : Full Stack Developer (.NET & Flutter).

Work Arrangement : Remote India.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.

You will play a key role in the end-to-end development of our cutting-edge applications, from crafting robust backend services to building beautiful and responsive front-end interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications.

- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET framework.

- Develop elegant, cross-platform user interfaces using the Flutter framework.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web front-ends.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production environments.

- Embrace and advocate for modern DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills) :

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and the ASP.NET Core ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience with the Flutter framework for mobile and/or web development.

- Solid foundation in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- You can clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience deploying and managing applications on a major cloud platform.

- A collaborative mindset and a strong team player.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications) :

- Microsoft Azure experience is highly desirable, particularly with :

- Azure App Services.

- Azure SQL Database.

- Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards).

- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Familiarity with state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc).

- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.

- Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
