Full Stack Developer - MERN Stack Technologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.

- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar) to handle complex data flows.

- Integrate and manage payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) securely.

- Work with Fabric.js or similar animation/graphics libraries to create dynamic and interactive frontends.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes and mockups into responsive, high-quality code.

- Develop and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs.

- Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Debug and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and bugs.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to improving the tech stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand, or Recoil).

- Proven experience integrating payment gateways and handling secure transactions.

- Good knowledge of Fabric.js, GSAP, or similar frontend animation/graphics libraries.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.

- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have :

- Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

- Understanding of SEO best practices for Next.js applications.
