Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will contribute to building secure, high-performance applications used by global customers.

You will work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while following modern development practices and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

- Create responsive and reusable UI components using React.

- Work with MongoDB, including schema design and data modeling.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

- Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.

-Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Knowledge of Docker and microservices architecture.

- Experience with modern frontend practices such as React Hooks, Redux, or Context API.

Education :

- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
