Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead MERN Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable web applications, leading teams, and delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js) using TypeScript, along with solid knowledge of RESTful services, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

Excellent communication skills and prior leadership experience are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using the MERN stack with TypeScript.

- Lead end-to-end project execution, including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment.

- Provide technical leadership to the team, including code reviews, mentorship, and task allocation.

- Architect RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration across frontend and backend components.

- Manage both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and engineering excellence.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions quickly.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 7- 10 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong expertise in MERN stack using TypeScript.

- Strong experience with RESTful Web Services, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

- Current designation must be Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Senior Software Engineer.

- Proven project leading and team management experience.

- Excellent communication skills (no compromise).

- Must be an Engineering graduate (strictly no BSc/MSc).

- No education or employment gaps.

- Must not have attended interviews with Dentsu/Merkle in the last 6 months.
