Primary Responsibilities :

- Join a vibrant team to develop an impactful SaaS product.

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using RedwoodJS, React, and modern component libraries like Tailwind CSS and Mantine.

- Collaborate with a passionate team, including stakeholders in the social sector, to transform ideas into real-world solutions.

- Lead with a mix of technical expertise and creativity, continuously pushing the boundaries of what our technology can achieve in the social sphere.

- Ensure the highest standards of code quality and system reliability, while mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications and Experience :

Essential :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or similar, coupled with 2+ years of full-stack development experience.

- 3 + years experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, with a strong background in MERN stack.

Desired :

- Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure).

- Experience working on RedwoodJS or similar javascript web frameworks.
