Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the development of scalable, production-ready applications.

This role demands deep technical expertise across the stack, hands-on coding ability and leadership experience in startups or high-growth environments.

The Tech Lead will not only architect and implement solutions but also mentor engineers, oversee code quality and contribute in projects from ideation to go-to-market (GTM).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, guiding architectural decisions and best practices.

- Design and implement end-to-end production-grade solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

- Drive technical strategy, technology selection, and implementation plans in collaboration with product and business teams.

- Participate in GTM planning, providing technical insights for product launches and integrations.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and ensure maintainability across projects.

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in full stack development with hands-on production deployments.

- Strong React.js + TypeScript expertise.

- Advanced Node.js (Express.js / NestJS) backend skills with API design and architecture experience.

- Deep understanding of MongoDB including schema design, query optimisation and indexing strategies.

- Proven experience with JWT/OAuth authentication and secure token management.

- Strong debugging, error handling and performance tuning skills for both frontend and backend.

- Experience managing environment variables securely across frontend and backend.

- Prior startup experience with multi-company exposure, delivering production-ready products.

- Solid experience with Git, code reviews and collaboration workflows.

Required Tech Stack :

- Frontend : React.js, TypeScript, modern state/data libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query, SWR).

- Backend : Node.js, MongoDB.

Additional Qualifications (Good-to-Have) :

- Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering (SSR).

- Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time features.

- Devops and Containerisation & orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
