We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of professional experience and a proven track record of building and deploying high-performance, scalable web applications.

This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing core products, requiring a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end JavaScript frameworks.

The developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering modern, responsive, and efficient web solutions using the MERN stack with a strong focus on React, Next.js, Fastify, and TypeScript.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Develop robust and efficient API services using Node. js and Fastify, focusing on speed, scalability, and minimal overhead.

- Build and maintain modern, server-side rendered (SSR) and static front-ends using Next. js for fast, SEO-friendly experiences.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the stack by implementing and championing TypeScript.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.

- Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Identify, debug, and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.

- Contribute to improving development workflows, automation, and CI/CD processes.

Years Of Experience :

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development using modern JavaScript frameworks.

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional) :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Certifications in React, JavaScript, or Node.js will be an added advantage.

Must Have :

Skill Set Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express. js, React, Node. js).

- Expertise in React and Next. js (including SSR, routing, and deployment models).

- Proficiency in Fastify for high-performance API development.

- Solid understanding of TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.

- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, promises, and the event loop in Node. js.

- Familiarity with state management in React (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).

- Experience with modern deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

- Working knowledge of GraphQL.

- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
