Full Stack Developer - MACH Architecture

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MACH architecture to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical skills across front-end and back-end development, cloud platforms, and the eCommerce domain.

This role demands a hands-on technologist with the ability to design, build, and scale modern, composable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable solutions based on MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture.

- Build robust front-end applications using React.js with a focus on performance and user experience.

- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Leverage AWS cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver seamless eCommerce experiences.

- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security while working in an Agile environment.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of overall software development experience with proven full stack expertise.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MACH architecture.

- Proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).

- Deep expertise in Node.js and building scalable APIs.

- Strong understanding of AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, etc.

- Solid eCommerce domain knowledge with exposure to modern commerce platforms and integrations.

- Experience in designing microservices-based applications.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or serverless frameworks.

- Exposure to headless commerce platforms (e.g., Commercetools, SFCC, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce).
