Full Stack Developer - Javascript/TypeScript

Full Stack Developer (Senior - 3-4 Years Experience) :

About the Role :

Were looking for an experienced and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. Youll play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling high performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of professional experience whose comfortable owning features end-to-end from system design to deployment and has a good understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.

What Youll Do :

- Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with frontend systems

- Work closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver robust, user-centric features

- Ensure system reliability and scalability through modern deployment practices and microservice architecture

- Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving engineering standards

- Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices in full-stack development

- Collaborate in agile sprints and take ownership of project deliverables

What Were Looking For :

- 3- 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js

- Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or similar frameworks

- Good understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment workflows

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design

- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL

- Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and general DevOps collaboration

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker, Helm.

- Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)

- Exposure to GraphQL and WebSockets

- Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio

- Experience in system design and architecture planning
