Full Stack Developer - Javascript/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern technologies.

- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA to define, design, and ship new features.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards, security practices, and performance guidelines.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives while managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve development practices and propose innovative solutions.

- Maintain proper documentation of code, technical specifications, and development processes to support long-term scalability.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience in front-end development, with strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Proficiency in back-end development with hands-on experience in Node.js, Java, Python, or similar technologies.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

- Solid understanding of full-stack development and software engineering principles.

- Familiarity with popular frameworks and libraries for modern web development.

- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
