Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, developing, integrating and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise solutions for the fintech and digital banking domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both frontend and backend development, API integration, database management and application security, with the ability to work across the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise applications.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.

- Build robust backend services, business logic and REST APIs.

- Integrate applications with internal systems, third-party services and financial platforms.

- Work closely with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Product Teams.

- Develop reusable and maintainable application components.

- Implement secure authentication, authorization and access-control mechanisms.

- Optimize application performance, scalability and reliability.

- Design and develop database structures, queries and stored procedures.

- Debug and resolve application defects and production issues.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

- Write unit and integration tests where required.

- Support application deployment and production releases.

- Analyse technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation for developed features and integrations.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt suitable technologies to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Required Technical Skills :

Frontend :

- React.js / Angular

- JavaScript / TypeScript

- HTML5 and CSS3

- Responsive web development

- State management and reusable UI components

- Frontend API integration

Backend :

- Java/Spring Boot

- Node.js / Express.js

- Python

- .NET / ASP.NET Core

Candidates with strong Java + Spring Boot experience will be preferred for this role.

API & Integration :

- Strong experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

- Good understanding of JSON, HTTP/HTTPS and API authentication.
