We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable web applications, contributing to product enhancements, and delivering high-quality features across the stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS and JavaScript

- Develop and integrate APIs using GraphQL

- Implement robust backend services using Java

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers

- Contribute to product improvements, feature enhancements, and technical decision-making

- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

- Work effectively in a hybrid setup with required overlap in US time zones

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development

- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience with GraphQL for API development and integration

- Solid backend development experience using Java

- Understanding of RESTful services, databases, and system design principles

- Experience working in product-based companies/environments (preferred)

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication and collaboration skills
