- Build distributed, fault-tolerant backend services and APIs

- Develop data/ML platforms : pipelines, feature stores, real-time decisioning

- Create LLM-powered workflow copilots and AI agents

- Build intuitive web & mobile product experiences

- Integrate with hearing devices, diagnostic tools, and clinical systems

- Influence engineering culture, architecture, and roadmap

This is a core product engineering rolenot maintenance or back-office.

What Were Looking For :

Must-haves :

- Strong in React, Java, PostgreSQL

- Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments

- Strong product thinking & UX mindset

Nice to have :

- Experience building AI-native apps

- Next.js expertise

- Familiarity with LLM/RAG pipelines, LangChain, Whisper, or LLM hosting platforms

- Exposure to clinical/medical documentation workflows
