Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable, distributed, and high-performance web applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and React/Redux (frontend).

- Design, build, and manage microservices and RESTful APIs to support application scalability.

- Implement event-driven systems leveraging Apache Kafka.

- Work with AWS cloud services for deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end features.

- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through reviews, unit testing, and automation.

- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and API design.

- Practical experience with Apache Kafka for real-time event processing.

- Strong exposure to AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, RDS, etc.).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Familiar with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, or Cypress.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or Node.js is a plus.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana.

- Understanding of application security, performance tuning, and best coding practices.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
