Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, React.js or Angular, and SQL-based databases. This role involves developing new features, maintaining existing functionalities, and upgrading our Electronic Bank Guarantee (e-BG) system.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement new features for the Electronic Bank Guarantee system

- Maintain, debug, and optimize existing codebase and application modules

- Work across the full stack from backend logic to frontend UI/UX

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA to deliver high-quality software

- Write clean, well-structured, and documented code

- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability

- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot preferred

- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular

- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

- Experience working in agile development environments

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git

- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)

- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience working on enterprise or regulatory applications
