Full Stack Developer - Java/AngularJS

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems using Java and Angular frameworks.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle - including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

- Implement performance optimization techniques to improve application responsiveness and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production defects promptly.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate tools or frameworks to enhance development efficiency.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular (latest versions preferred).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI design.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
