About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of scalable web applicationsfrom ideation and design to implementation and maintenance. You will play a key role in architecting solutions, building robust APIs, and creating seamless user interfaces that power intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications, owning both frontend and backend components.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive interfaces.

- Develop robust backend systems using modern languages and frameworks like Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express), or Java (Spring Boot).

- Build modern, reactive frontends using JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services, adhering to microservices architecture.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security across devices and browsers.

- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, applying sustainable solutions and reducing technical debt.

- Stay updated with the latest development trends and advocate for adoption of emerging technologies.

- Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. (Masters degree is a plus.)

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

- Proficient in backend development with one or more of: Python, Node.js, Java.

- Strong expertise in frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

- Experience with databasesboth relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and services like S3, Lambda, EC2, etc.

- Solid understanding of API design, authentication, and security best practices.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes), and Git-based workflows.

- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug and optimize large-scale systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong collaborator in cross-functional teams.
