Role : Full Stack Developer (3 to 5 Years Experience)

At Novustrana, were building the future of hyper-personalized insurance combining AI, data and seamless digital experiences to go beyond traditional insurance.

Were looking for a Full Stack Developer (mid-level) with strong backend skills to join our early team and help build from 0 to 1.

Role : Full Stack Developer

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Start : Immediate

Reporting to : Co-founder

What Youll Work On :

- Build and scale full-stack applications (frontend + backend)

- Design scalable APIs & backend systems

- Integrate mobile apps with backend services

- Own Firebase architecture & optimizations

- Work on AI/LLM-powered features

- Drive end-to-end ownership (build - deploy - iterate)

What Were Looking For :

- Strong backend skills (Node.js / Python / Java / Go)

- Experience with APIs, system design & databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Hands-on with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, etc.)

- Frontend basics (React / JS ecosystem)

- Exposure to AI/LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.)

- Experience in mobile app integrations

Must-Haves :

- Built and shipped real-world products

- Strong GitHub portfolio

- Experience with end-to-end development

- Hands-on work in AI/LLM projects
