Full Stack Developer - C#/React.js/Node.js

Responsibilities :

Frontend Developer (React.js / React Native) :

- Develop responsive and performant web/mobile applications.

- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries.

- Integrate APIs and manage application state (Redux, Context API).

- Write clean, scalable, and optimized code with a focus on performance.

Backend Developer (PHP, .Net, Python, Java, Node.js) :

- Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Optimize system performance using strong understanding of DSA.

- Ensure data security and compliance.

- Integrate databases and external services as required.

Must-Have Skills

Common to All Roles:

- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Experience solving real-world problems with optimal solutions.

- Proficiency in version control systems (Git/GitHub).

- Familiarity with RESTful API integration.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

For Frontend :

- 5+ years with React.js or React Native.

- Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with Redux, Context API, or MobX.

- Knowledge of performance optimization and browser rendering.

For Backend :

- 5+ years experience with any of the following: PHP, .Net (C#), Python, Java, Node.js.

- Proficient in designing APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and microservices.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, JUnit, etc.).

- Exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- CI/CD and containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.

- Competitive programming or open-source contributions.
