Full Stack Developer

Job Title : Full Stack Developer

Experience : 3-3.5 years

Location : Hyderabad (5 days office mandatory)

Employment Type : Full-time

What You'll Do :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications with primary focus on React and Next.js

- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS

- Create smooth animations and interactive user experiences

- Ensure responsive designs work seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes

- Build and integrate with backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

- Implement efficient state management and component architectures

- Design and implement database schemas using PostgreSQL

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend performance

- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate designs into production-ready code

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

- Manage the entire development lifecycle from PRD to production deployment

- Ensure seamless cross-platform functionality and user experience

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-3.5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience with strong frontend focus

- Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js

- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles

- Proven ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect implementations

- Experience creating smooth animations and transitions (CSS animations, Framer Motion, or similar)

- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ features

- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and database design

- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or similar)

- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization

- Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development

- Knowledge of web security best practices

- Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing your frontend work

Good to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript

- Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, React Spring)

- Experience with Vercel or other serverless platforms

- Experience with state management libraries (Zustand, Redux)

- Knowledge of Docker and containerization

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)

- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

- Experience with AI/ML integration or chatbot development

- AWS certifications

- Previous experience in Agile/Scrum development environment
