Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Lead Full Stack Developer with a decade of expertise in building high-performance, scalable web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend experiences. You will act as a technical lighthouse for the team, making critical architectural decisions, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, and ensuring our systems are production-ready and future-proof.

Core Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and evolution of robust, scalable software architectures. You will be responsible for choosing the right patterns (Microservices, Serverless, Event-driven) to meet business needs.

- Evaluate and select tech stacks, libraries, and tools that align with long-term performance and maintainability.

- Enforce high standards through rigorous code reviews, automated testing strategies, and performance benchmarking.

- Develop complex, high-throughput backend services using Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).

- Design and optimize relational databases using SQL. You will handle schema design, complex query optimization, and data integrity.

- Build and maintain secure, versioned RESTful or GraphQL APIs that serve as the backbone for various client applications.

- Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js or Angular.

- Implement efficient client-side state management (Redux, MobX, or NgRx) to handle complex data flows.

- Ensure the frontend interacts flawlessly with backend services through optimized API-driven architectures.

- Intelligent Solutions: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into production environments.

- Support and scale Large Language Model (LLM) based features and analytics pipelines to drive business intelligence.

- Manage and scale deployments across AWS or Azure ecosystems.

- Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable, and frequent software releases.

- Take ownership of system monitoring, logging, and production readiness to guarantee 99.9% uptime.

- Mentor mid-level and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical reality.

Required Technical Skills :

- Expert-level Python; deep knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) or Azure; Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins/GitHub Actions.

- Strong understanding of System Design, Design Patterns, and API-first methodologies.

- Experience with integrating models, working with vector databases, or LLM frameworks (LangChain, etc.) is a major plus.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a "system-thinking" mindset.

- Clear communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
