Role : Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions that leverage Agentic AI to enhance our product offerings.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software.

Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the company's growth by delivering cutting-edge features and improving existing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and related technologies to meet business needs.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps principles to ensure rapid and reliable software releases.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement.

- Integrate Agentic AI capabilities into existing and new applications to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and personalize user experiences.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.

- Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support the development and maintenance of applications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Python, and related technologies.

- Proven expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and practices.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with designers to create user-friendly interfaces.

- Experience integrating and working with Agentic AI technologies to solve complex problems.

- Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore.

- 8-15 years of relevant experience.
