Full Stack Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise along with exposure to frontend technologies and modern web architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Develop server-side logic and database structures.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in backend development using Node.js / Java / Python / PHP / .NET (any one).

- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth).

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Experience with frontend technologies (React / Angular / JavaScript / HTML / CSS) basic to intermediate level.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of system design and scalable architectures.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
