Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain a modern, scalable Job Portal application.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, cloud deployment, and AI integrations, and will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

This role involves end-to-end ownership-from feature development and API design to deployment, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for a production-grade Job Portal platform

- Build responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces using React

- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and FastAPI

- Implement clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices

Database & Data Management :

- Design and manage MongoDB schemas, collections, and indexes

- Optimize database queries for performance and scalability

- Ensure data consistency, security, and reliability

AI & OpenAI Integration :

- Integrate OpenAI APIs to enable intelligent features such as resume parsing, job matching, recommendations, or chatbot functionality

- Ensure responsible AI usage, prompt optimization, and API efficiency

Cloud & DevOps :

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, or related services)

- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

- Monitor application performance, availability, and security

- Handle environment configurations for development, staging, and production

Quality, Security & Performance :

- Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations

- Ensure production readiness and smooth feature rollouts

Collaboration & Ownership :

- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements

- Provide technical inputs on architecture, scalability, and feature feasibility

- Take ownership of deliverables and timelines in a part-time engagement model

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack Development

- Strong proficiency in React for frontend development

- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and FastAPI

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB

- Experience integrating OpenAI or similar AI/ML APIs

- Strong experience with AWS deployment and cloud services

- Hands-on experience with Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines

Additional Competencies :

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices concepts

- Good knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience building or scaling job portals, HR tech, or SaaS platforms

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)

- Exposure to system monitoring and logging tools

- Experience working in part-time or remote product development setups

Work Model :

- Part-Time - 20 hours per week
