About the Company :

We are a rapidly scaling engineering and manufacturing firm delivering end-to-end solutions-from machinery design and fabrication to automation and installation - for export markets across Europe, the UK, and the USA.

We are currently building the software infrastructure to power real-world operations, connecting shop floors to global supply chains using robust systems, intelligent interfaces, and AI/LLM integration. We are looking for a Founding Engineer to help shape not just the product, but the engineering culture of the company.

This is not a standard "maintenance and ticket-fixing" role. As the First Engineer, you will work directly with the founders to build products from scratch. You will make the foundational technical choices that will define the future of our platform.

What Youll Do :

- Architect Core Systems : Design and build low-latency, high-reliability applications that serve as the backbone of our offerings.

- Innovate with AI : Work with LLMs at a fundamental level, from integrating open-source models to building custom pipelines and applications.

- Define Engineering Culture : As the first engineer, your choices regarding stack, testing, and deployment will set the standard for the future team.

- Strategic Collaboration : Partner with founders on product strategy, UX decisions, and customer feedback loops.

- Build & Iterate : Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses, then evolve those prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems.

What Were Looking For :

- Experience : 3-4 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent proof of building complex capability).

- Education : Graduation from a Tier-1 engineering college (IITs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent) is preferred, but we prioritize skill and output over pedigree.

- Technical Fundamentals : Strong grasp of systems programming, backend design, and data structures.

- Stack Flexibility : Experience with Python, Node.js, or similar is required, but the ability to learn new stacks quickly is more important.

- AI/ML Exposure : Familiarity with machine learning or LLMs, demonstrated through hands-on work, integrations, or curiosity projects.

- Mindset : You must be a builder-curious, hands-on, and entrepreneurial with high integrity.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with high-performance systems (streaming data, low-latency APIs).

- Contributions to open-source ML/LLM tools.

- Prior experience in a startup or a founder-like journey.

- Strong product intuition and empathy for UI/UX.
