- Build and maintain backend services and custom plugins using Node.js, Express, and related frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions.

AWS & CI/CD Integration :

- Integrate Backstage with AWS services, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity across internal systems.

- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

- Work closely with platform teams to ensure reliable deployment workflows for Kubernetes clusters.

Developer Experience Engineering :

- Design and implement golden paths and standardized templates to improve developer productivity and consistency.

- Enhance API and service discoverability through catalog improvements, documentation workflows, and search optimization.

- Build and maintain developer-focused dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to measure engineering effectiveness and platform adoption.

- Partner with engineering teams to understand friction points and deliver high-impact platform improvements.

Platform Automation & Observability :

- Implement and manage authentication and authorization workflows using SSO, OAuth, and related identity standards.

- Integrate observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus to monitor performance, reliability, and platform health.

- Automate operational tasks and platform processes to increase reliability and reduce manual work.

- Contribute to the overall resilience of the internal engineering platform through proactive monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement.
