Full Stack Developer

Currently hiring for a Fullstack Technical lead developer for a Singapore Based MNC

Experience : 3+years

Work mode : 5 Days WFO

NP : Immediate joiners

Location : Bangalore Hebbal

Mandate skills : Python, Reactjs, FastApi

Job Description :

- Develop robust software solutions using Agile methodology

- Design, build and maintain scalable full-stack applications and systems with high uptime

- Write clean, maintainable code in short development cycles

- Have intense collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, AI, etc.)

- Mentor and coach junior developers

- Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and observability practices

- Contribute to evolving platform capabilities and infrastructure

HARD AND SOFT SKILLS :

Must Have :

- Strong full-stack development experience in related technologies and Agile methodologies (3-6 years)

- Proficiency in frontend technologies using the React ecosystem (React.js, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind, etc.)

- Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI)

- Integration of SQL/NoSQL databases

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities

- Strong collaboration and communication across teams

- Ownership mindset and accountability for features and delivery

Good to Have :

- Deployment experience on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

- Solid understanding of performance, reliability, and fault tolerance

- Experience with GenAI or Agentic AI systems or exposure to MLOps knowledge or DevOps pipeline is a strong plus
