We're looking for a dynamic Full Stack Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our high-impact engineering team. You'll be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications that power mission-critical business workflows. This role demands strong technical acumen, a product mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Build responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs using - React.js / Angular / Vue.js

- Translate design wireframes into high-quality code

- Optimize frontend performance and accessibility

Backend Development :

- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using - Node.js / Java / Python / .NET Core

- Implement business logic, data models, and authentication workflows

- Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and security of backend systems

Database Management :

- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB )

- Write optimized queries and manage data migrations

DevOps & Deployment :

- Set up CI/CD pipelines using - Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI

- Deploy applications on - AWS / Azure / GCP

- Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues

Collaboration & Agile Delivery :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams

- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives

- Document technical decisions and maintain clean codebase

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in full stack development

- Strong proficiency in - JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

- Hands-on experience with - React.js / Angular / Vue.js

- Backend expertise in - Node.js / Java / Python / .NET Core

- Solid understanding of - REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets

- Experience with - Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Familiarity with - Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development

- Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Good to Have :

- Experience with - microservices architecture
