We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable applications. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent problem-solving abilities, and is adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications across the full stack, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

- Develop and implement robust back-end services using Java or Python, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integrations.

- Build responsive and intuitive front-end user interfaces using modern frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services on platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.

- Implement and maintain efficient database solutions, ensuring data integrity and optimal query performance.

- Participate actively in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Adhere to Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and approaches to improve development processes and product quality.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

- Possess strong leadership qualities, taking ownership of tasks and driving projects to successful completion.

Mandatory Skills :

- Programming Languages : Strong proficiency in Java or Python.

- Front-End Frameworks : Extensive experience with Angular or React.

- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with at least one of the major cloud providers: GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 12 years of progressive experience in full-stack web development.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications.

- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Proficiency in working with various databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and influence technical discussions.
