Full Stack Architect/Lead Engineer - Java/React.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Architect/Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing scalable microservices solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leading engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, high-performance applications using Java (Quarkus) and React.js

- Define and implement Microservices Architecture and API-first design principles

- Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and optimization

- Drive cloud-native development on GCP, leveraging services like Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery

- Design and develop secure, reusable, and scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL)

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams

- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring coding standards and best practices

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance tuning

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+) and Quarkus framework

- Proven expertise in React.js (advanced concepts, performance optimization)

- Extensive experience in Microservices & API Architecture

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems

- Experience with API gateways, service mesh, and integration patterns

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Spring Boot (as complementary skill)

- Exposure to Kafka / Pub-Sub messaging systems

- Knowledge of security, OAuth, JWT, and cloud security best practices

- Experience in high-scale enterprise or product environments

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience

- Excellent stakeholder communication and decision-making skills

- Ability to drive architecture discussions and solution design

Education :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
