Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full stack development using Java and modern web technologies. This role involves leading design and deployment of scalable applications, collaborating across teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development of web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js

- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions

- Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs

- Optimize performance across backend and frontend layers

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker on AWS

- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards

- Guide and mentor junior team members

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 6 to 8 years of experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
