Position Overview : We are seeking a Full-Stack AI Prototyping Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, exploratory environments and is passionate about creating functional and intuitive MVPs that integrate cutting-edge AI technologies. In this role, you will independently lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack prototypes that harness our proprietary Behavioral Signals API and the broader AI ecosystem. You will work with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality, production-grade demos that drive innovation and product discovery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack MVPs and functional prototypes independently.

- Integrate AI tools and APIs-including proprietary Behavioral Signals APIs-into demo applications and platforms.

- Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cline) to enhance productivity while maintaining code quality.

- Manage end-to-end development including backend architecture, database design, and responsive frontend interfaces.

- Translate high-level conceptual requirements into functional software solutions.

- Iterate rapidly on prototypes based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.

- Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable codebase using best software development practices.

- Collaborate across cross-functional and remote teams in an agile environment.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in software development with advanced expertise in Python.

- Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.

- Demonstrated experience in independently building and deploying MVPs or prototypes.

- Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LlamaIndex, LangChain, or CrewAI.

- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hacker mindset-self-directed, agile, and product-focused.

- Ability to pass a comprehensive technical coding assessment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience with speech processing, emotional intelligence engines, or behavioral analytics.

- Familiarity with data engineering workflows, especially those involving large speech or audio datasets.

- Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories showcasing prototype or demo applications.

- Experience working in agile teams and with geographically distributed stakeholders.
