Selected persons day-to-day responsibilities include :

- Build Gen-AI video pipelines using Sora, Runway-ML, or diffusion models

- Integrate text-to-video workflows for HR use cases (onboarding, comms, learning)

- Develop and maintain backend logic using Node.js, JavaScript, and Python

- Create and optimize APIs for smooth frontend-backend integration

- Develop web platforms using PHP (Laravel/Core) and React/Next.js

- Manage internal tools for goal tracking, dashboards, and performance

- Deploy and manage apps on Azure, GCP, or AWS (Optional)

- Maintain docs, CI/CD pipelines (Docker), monitor uptime and security

- Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams

- Write clean, efficient, reusable code following best practices

- Identify and troubleshoot backend performance issues

- Integrate and enhance the HR AI assistant using internal HRMS data (e.g., engagement, performance)

- AI Tools : Sora, Runway-ML, Stability AI, Open-AI APIs, Lang-Chain

- Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL

- DevOps : Docker, Git, CI/CD (Linux a plus)

- Bonus : Experience with full-stack deployment
