Experience:

- 12-15 years total experience

- 6-8 years in Project / Program Management

- Minimum 3+ years managing AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, or Advanced Analytics teams

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a fast-paced, innovation-led AI delivery team operating under a Managed Services model.

The role will own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives including AI Agents, Chatbots, Generative AI solutions, PoCs, feasibility assessments, and production AI implementations. The PM will function as the primary delivery owner and ensure smooth execution with minimal dependency on client-side management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver multiple parallel AI/ML programs from planning through execution and closure.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting.

- Drive execution across innovation initiatives, PoCs, feasibility studies, and production implementations.

- Prepare and publish periodic project status reports across all active initiatives in the client-agreed dashboard and governance format, providing clear visibility into delivery progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource utilization, financials (where applicable), and overall project health to enable proactive decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

- Independently manage client communication, escalations, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance.

- Ensure predictable outcomes and high stakeholder satisfaction under a Managed Services operating model.

- Lead cross-functional teams comprising AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, QA/Test Engineers, MLOps/DevOps Engineers, and Solution Architects.

- Drive resource planning, prioritization, operational excellence, and team productivity.

Required Skills:

- PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP / CSM / PSM or SAFe certifications

- Strong Project / Program Management experience in technology delivery environments, especially Python or Java or any Programming Language

- Experience managing AI/ML or Data-focused teams

- Working knowledge of:

1. AI/ML, Generative AI, AI Agents, Chatbots, LLMs, and RAG

2. Data & analytics lifecycle

3. Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)

4. APIs, SDLC, testing, deployment, DevOps & MLOps concepts

5. Front End Technologies like React, Angular, CSS, etc.

- Agile / Scrum delivery experience

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills

- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-changing environments

Preferred Skillsets & Certifications:

- Exposure and/or certifications in one or more of the following:

1. Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Generative AI

2. Cloud platforms and AI services (Azure / AWS / GCP)

3. API Management and enterprise integration

4. Python or equivalent programming awareness

5. Data engineering and solution architecture concepts

6. AI platform, ML, Data Science, or Cloud certifications
