Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement comprehensive IFS Cloud solutions tailored to specific business needs.

- Develop and thoroughly document solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable for long-term effectiveness.

- Lead engaging workshops and discovery engagements to gain a deep understanding of client business processes and key value drivers.

- Ensure precise project scoping, maintain high quality standards, and provide accurate estimates for IFS Cloud implementations.

- Implement significant business process changes and enhancements through strategic process re-engineering and meticulous system configuration.

- Work closely with clients, internal project teams, and other stakeholders to meticulously gather requirements and refine solution designs.

- Maintain clear, effective, and consistent communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.

- Provide essential guidance and mentorship to IFS implementation teams, fostering their growth and ensuring project success.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accurately determine both technical and business requirements.

- Conduct training and provide ongoing support to personnel for the effective use of new business processes and systems.

- Possess strong knowledge of business processes and underlying technology.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of various IFS Cloud modules and features.

- Apply experience with ERP systems and project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum.

- Design and implement complex integrations with third-party applications.

- Manage the overall IFS Cloud environment strategy and plan.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure the successful delivery of IFS solutions, meeting client expectations and project objectives.

- Provide expert subject matter expertise and guidance across all phases of the project.

- Ensure that all implemented solutions are thoroughly aligned with overarching business objectives.

Required Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience as an IFS Solutions Architect or in a similar role.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing IFS Cloud solutions.

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their various modules.

- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and discovery engagements.

- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.

- Proficiency in solution documentation and providing accurate project estimates.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interaction.

- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in integrating IFS with third-party applications.

- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
