Fujitsu - Senior Functional Consultant - SAP PLM/EHS Modules

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP PLM/EHS Functional Consultant with extensive experience in end-to-end SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) implementations.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA platforms, having led multiple full-cycle implementations, system upgrades, and support engagements.

The consultant will act as a functional SME (Subject Matter Expert), driving business process mapping, solution design, configuration, integration, and testing within SAP PLM/EHS modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP PLM/EHS solutions, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Map complex business requirements into SAP functionalities across Product Lifecycle Management and EHS modules.

- Configure and integrate PLM/EHS components with other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, PM, SD).

Functional Expertise :

- Provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in :

- SAP PLM: Specifications management, Document Management System (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), Recipe Development, Recipe Management, Product Compliance, Classification, CAD integration.

- SAP EHS: Product Safety & Stewardship, Dangerous Goods Management, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Waste Management, and Regulatory Compliance (REACH, OSHA, GHS).

- Support master data management, workflows, and reporting related to PLM/EHS processes.

Integration & Collaboration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, manufacturing, quality, procurement, sales) to ensure smooth integration.

- Work with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, Fiori/UI5) to design enhancements, interfaces, and custom solutions.

- Liaise with stakeholders, regulatory teams, and compliance officers to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Testing & Support :

- Develop and execute functional test cases, UAT scenarios, and cutover plans.

- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in SAP PLM/EHS modules.

- Deliver end-user training and documentation.

Continuous Improvement :

- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital initiatives within the PLM/EHS space.

- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and advise on migration/upgrade strategies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 7+ years of SAP PLM/EHS functional experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.

- Strong expertise in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP PLM (DMS, ECM, Recipe Development, Product Compliance) and SAP EHS (Product Safety, DG, OH, IH, Waste, Regulatory Compliance).

- Ability to conduct business workshops, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.

- Strong knowledge of integration touchpoints with other SAP modules.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP PLM and/or SAP EHS.

- Experience in global template rollouts, multi-country deployments, and regulatory compliance projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and UX in PLM/EHS.

- Familiarity with GxP, REACH, RoHS, ISO 14001 compliance processes.

- Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology for SAP projects.
