Position : Senior Functional Consultant - EAM and SCM

Experience : 7+ Years

Work Mode : Hybrid

Work Shift : UK Shift (1 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm IST)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS. The ideal candidate will possess deep, demonstrable expertise in both EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and core SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules, including PO, OM, INV, and iProc. This role requires a professional who can analyze complex business processes, lead requirements sessions, and translate them into robust Oracle configurations. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with technical teams and ensuring the end-to-end solution meets business needs through comprehensive documentation and testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in detailed business requirement gathering sessions, meticulously analyzing 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes to identify and document gaps and opportunities for improvement within the EAM and SCM domains.

- Perform extensive hands-on configuration and provide ongoing functional support for core Oracle SCM modules, specifically Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), iProcurement (iProc), and Order Management (OM).

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on end-to-end business processes related to procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory management.

- Develop comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs) and detailed technical specifications for custom solutions, including interfaces, reports, forms, and extensions (RICEF).

- Design and execute detailed test plans, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate the configured solution and ensure it is free of defects.

- Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and DBAs to ensure the correct and timely implementation of custom solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.

- Deep expertise in Oracle EAM and SCM modules, specifically hands-on configuration experience with PO, OM, INV, and iProc.

- Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into a technical functional design.

- Strong proficiency in creating functional design documents (FDDs) and detailed test plans.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other related Oracle modules, such as Oracle Projects, Warehouse Management (WMS), or Service Contracts.

- A background working in a global delivery model.

- Oracle certifications in EAM or SCM.
