Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Portal Lead Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on expertise in ADF, JavaScript, and REST API. This pivotal role involves leading Oracle WebCenter Portal projects from conception to delivery, encompassing client-facing responsibilities, meticulous requirement gathering, and technical leadership. If you're adept at developing custom solutions, integrating diverse systems, and mentoring teams, you'll thrive in our dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Oracle WebCenter Portal projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain ADF applications, leveraging extensive knowledge of the framework.
- Implement robust integrations with external systems using REST APIs, RIDC (Remote Intradoc Client), and IDOC SCRIPT.
- Apply extensive knowledge in developing and utilizing Oracle Custom Components within the portal environment.
- Actively gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through complex challenges and promoting best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues related to Oracle WebCenter Portal, ADF applications, and integrations.
- Utilize strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills to foster effective collaboration and ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills :
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a developer with Oracle WebCenter Portal.
- Strong proficiency in ADF (Application Development Framework).
- Expertise in JavaScript for front-end development and dynamic portal functionalities.
- Proven experience with REST API integration.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in developing and utilizing Oracle Custom Components.
- Hands-on experience with integration using RIDC (Remote Intradoc Client) and IDOC SCRIPT.
- Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Required knowledge of SQL.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server for deployment and administration.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database for backend operations.
- Familiarity with Oracle IDCS (Oracle Identity Cloud Services).
- Experience with Oracle WebCenter Content.
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), WebCenter, or JAVA.
