Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist with deep expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM). If you have over 5 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk components and are ready to contribute to a secure enterprise environment, including working in a 24x7 shift model, this role is for you. You'll be crucial in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our PAM solutions to protect critical assets and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot various CyberArk PAM components, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

- Administer and support the CyberArk Vault, including secure storage of credentials and sensitive information.

- Oversee the Privileged Access Workstation (PVWA) for secure access to privileged accounts and session management.

- Configure and manage the Central Policy Manager (CPM) for automated password management and rotation.

- Deploy, configure, and maintain the Privileged Session Manager (PSM) for secure session isolation and monitoring.

- Implement and manage the Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP) for secure access to Linux and Unix systems.

- Participate actively in a 24x7 shift rotation to provide continuous support and incident response for PAM solutions.

- Monitor CyberArk system health, performance, and security alerts.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of privileged access to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with various IT teams to integrate CyberArk PAM with other enterprise systems and applications.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to CyberArk components, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.

- Develop and maintain documentation for CyberArk configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of total experience in cybersecurity, with significant hands-on experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).

- Mandatory in-depth knowledge and practical experience with CyberArk Vault.

- Mandatory expertise in CyberArk PVWA (Privileged Access Workstation).

- Mandatory experience with CyberArk CPM (Central Policy Manager).

- Mandatory experience with CyberArk PSM (Privileged Session Manager).

- Mandatory experience with CyberArk PSMP (Privileged Session Manager Proxy).

- Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 shift environment.

- Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
