About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced C++ Technical Lead to join a leading organization in the capital markets domain. The ideal candidate will spend significant time designing and developing microsecond-optimized C++ applications, while also mentoring engineers, reviewing architecture and ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and optimize high-performance C++ applications

- Work on low-latency, real-time and performance-critical systems

- Analyze and optimize code for CPU, memory and latency performance

- Design scalable and robust software architectures

- Work extensively with multithreading, concurrency and synchronization

- Perform code reviews and establish development best practices

- Mentor and guide C++ developers technically

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience in C++ / Modern C++

- Strong understanding of OOP, STL, templates and data structures

- Excellent knowledge of multithreading and concurrency

- Experience with Linux/Unix environments

- Strong understanding of memory management and performance optimization

- Experience developing low-latency / high-performance systems
