Overview :
As an FSP Manager, you will be a key member of the FSP team, supporting one of our global pharmaceutical clients. As a primary point of contact between Phastar and the client, you will provide a client-centric service that focuses on satisfying FSP client staffing and account oversight needs. You will need significant hands-on programming experience, particularly with R. This role is full-time and fully-remote. The successful candidate may be based in India.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors within Computer Science, Mathematics or a Science related discipline
- SAS Programming Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of programmers
- Good awareness of clinical trial issues, design, and implementation
- Experience of regulatory submissions and associated industry guidance
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of SDTM and ADaM CDISC standards
- MSc or above within Computer Science, Mathematics or a Science related discipline is advantageous
- Customer facing experience and capability - either from study-level operational relationships (for example, being a study lead) or commercial interactions is advantageous
- Recruitment process experience is advantageous
