About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce FSL Developer to join our team in either Bengaluru or Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom Salesforce development, with a minimum of 4 years of overall experience and at least 2 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

You will be a key contributor to our custom development projects, leveraging your expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver robust and scalable solutions that optimize field service operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Custom Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on the Field Service Lightning (FSL) managed package.

- FSL Development : Utilize your specialized knowledge to configure, customize, and extend FSL functionality. This includes managing work orders, service appointments, resource and asset management, and optimizing the dispatcher console.

- Apex Development : Write efficient, scalable, and secure Apex code, including classes, triggers, and batch jobs, to implement complex business logic and automation.

- Lightning Web Components (LWC) : Build modern, reusable, and performant user interfaces using LWC to enhance the user experience for both field technicians and back-office staff.

- Integration : Work with Salesforce APIs to integrate the FSL solution with external systems and third-party applications.

- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and administrators, to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Debug and resolve issues related to FSL, Apex, and LWC to ensure the stability and reliability of the Salesforce environment.

- Best Practices : Adhere to Salesforce best practices for development, code reviews, and deployments to ensure maintainability and long-term success of the applications.

Skills Required :

Experience : 4+ years of overall experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in FSL development.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Apex development.

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, data model, and architecture.

- Experience with custom Salesforce development, including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builders.

FSL Expertise : Proven experience with the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) managed package, including configuration and customization.

Other Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandboxes, change sets, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
