Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join our product engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and building high-performance, scalable web applications that serve as the primary interface for our global user base. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences. By leveraging modern frontend frameworks, you will directly influence our platform's speed, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction, ensuring our digital products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain modular, reusable frontend components using React.js and Next.js to ensure a consistent and high-quality user interface across the platform.

- Optimize web performance by implementing advanced rendering techniques and efficient state management with Redux to provide a lightning-fast experience for end-users.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and robust functionality between the frontend and backend systems.

- Implement responsive design principles using Tailwind CSS to guarantee a flawless visual experience across all devices and screen sizes.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using the Jest framework to maintain high code quality and prevent regressions in production.

- Streamline development workflows by configuring Webpack and managing version control via Git to facilitate efficient team collaboration and rapid deployment cycles.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern ES6+ syntax and patterns.

- Proven ability to translate intricate design mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible HTML5 and CSS3 code while maintaining clean, maintainable architecture.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize rendering cycles for large-scale applications.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior developers within the team.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
