About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Lead Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a lead, you will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable, high-performance front-end applications using modern technologies like React, Redux, and TypeScript. You will also mentor a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of modern, responsive, and intuitive front-end applications.

- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux.

- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in architecture reviews and provide input on UI/UX improvements and front-end best practices.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to front-end performance standards.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve user experience.

- Drive front-end development strategy and mentor junior developers within the team.

- Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.

- Strong proficiency in :

a. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)TypeScript

b. React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router)

c. Node.js (for front-end build processes and light server-side tasks)

d. GIT and version control workflows

- Experience with DOM manipulation, event handling, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Expertise in building reusable components and working with component-based architectures.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.

- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-platform compatibility.

- Strong knowledge of debugging tools and performance monitoring for front-end applications.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
