Description :

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Lead to drive the development of intuitive, scalable, and high performance web and mobile interfaces. This role requires strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, a solid foundation in computer science, and the ability to guide and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.

- Mentor and guide frontend developers, ensuring code quality and technical excellence.

- Drive code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

Key requirements :

- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

- Hands-on experience with React.js (primary) and/or Angular (2+)

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)

- Familiarity with React Native for mobile application development

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration

- Working knowledge of backend technologies like Java or Python (for collaboration with backend teams)

- Exposure to MySQL, MongoDB, and Firebase

- Experience with version control systems (Git)

- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving

- Experience in leading or mentoring frontend teams

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and scalable design patterns

- Ability to work in agile environments and fast release cycles

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
