Frontend Lead - AngularJS/React.js/Vue.js

Job Objective :

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Lead to join our Technology team. In this role, you will lead frontend development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality web applications. The position offers the opportunity to work on modern technologies, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making and project success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of frontend applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.

- Optimize frontend performance with a focus on SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness.

- Drive adoption of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for enhanced UX.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.

- Take ownership of technical decision-making to manage technical debt and scalability.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Technical Skills :

- JavaScript Frameworks : Expertise in Angular, React, or Vue.js; strong knowledge of state management (Redux, NgRx).

- APIs : Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Authentication & Security : Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and secure session handling.

- Core Web : Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Grid, Flexbox), and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Responsive Design : Strong skills in building adaptive layouts; hands-on with tools like BrowserStack.

- Version Control & Build Tools : Git, CI/CD pipelines, Webpack, Gulp, npm, Yarn.

- Performance Optimization : Techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and Lighthouse audits.

- Debugging Tools : Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Edition, etc.

- Advanced Concepts : PWA, SSR/SSG (Next.js/Nuxt.js), component-based architecture, scalable UI design.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of proven experience in frontend development.

- Strong track record of delivering scalable, performant web applications.

- Experience in mentoring teams, code reviews, and leadership responsibilities.

- Certifications in JavaScript/Frontend technologies (advantageous).

- Familiarity with backend integration and working knowledge of Java/Python (preferred but not mandatory).
