Frontend Engineer - React.js/Next.js

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer Drive who will take strong ownership of user-facing features and deliver high-performance, scalable web interfaces. This role focuses on solving UI/UX challenges end-to-end, contributing to frontend architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive, interactive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS

- Own frontend features end-to-end from requirements and wireframes to development, testing, and production release

- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following frontend best practices

- Integrate applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs

- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

- Implement accessibility, security, and code quality standards

- Debug UI issues and continuously improve application responsiveness

- Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive user experiences

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release cycles

- Align UI implementations with business and usability goals

- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and codebase health

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose technical improvements

- Monitor applications using tools such as Sentry or similar Leadership (For Senior Profiles)

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Guide frontend standards, design patterns, and performance strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js

- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

- Experience building responsive and scalable web applications

- Solid understanding of REST / GraphQL API integration

- Knowledge of web security fundamentals (CORS, CSP, XSS)

- Familiarity with Linux CLI and local debugging tools

Good to Have :

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Vercel

- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Sentry or similar)

- Experience or interest in React Native

- Understanding of performance profiling and optimization tools
