Frontend Engineer who brings 2 to 3 years of solid React experience and, more importantly, a genuine instinct for clean, functional UI. This is not a role where you hand off designs to someone else to make usable you are the person who cares deeply about both.

The product serves a global NRI audience navigating complex financial workflows > cross-border banking, investments, wealth management.

Our client is a VC-backed fintech startup building a first-of-its-kind platform for Non-Resident Indians > covering banking, investments, and wealth management across borders.

What the Role Entails :

- Build and maintain high-quality React-based interfaces for web and mobile (React Native) that serve a global user base

- Translate complex financial workflows into experiences that feel simple, clear, and trustworthy for users

- Write clean, well-structured, component-driven code that scales across the product

- Integrate frontend with backend APIs and third-party services reliably and efficiently

- Take ownership of performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across the interface

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising the frontend engineering bar across the team

The Role Holder :

- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in frontend engineering with strong React proficiency

- You write JavaScript well and are comfortable with modern frontend tooling and architecture

- You have a clean eye for functional UI, you notice when something is confusing, cluttered, or one click too many

- You have worked on products where the user journey was complex and information density was high

- You are familiar with React Native or open to building for mobile alongside web

- You understand how APIs work and can debug integration issues across the stack

- You care about performance, responsiveness, and building for users across geographies and devices

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
