Frontend Engineer - React.js/TypeScript

Job Summary :

We're hiring for a Frontend Engineer role at a leading product-based company in Bengaluru (Hybrid). The role involves building high-performance user interfaces and enhancing user experiences across products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system design, and take ownership of features from concept to release.

Responsibilities :

- Build high-performance frontend interfaces for new products and enhance user experience across the product suite.

- Follow and contribute to software development best practices across the lifecycle.

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver efficient, maintainable, and unit-tested software.

- Contribute to the architecture and design of both new and existing systems.

- Work with product and business stakeholders to understand user journeys and solve critical user-facing challenges.

- Provide technical mentorship and elevate the overall skill set of the team.

- Take full ownership of product features from conception to release, including documentation, code quality, and test coverage.

- Participate in code reviews, write technical specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

- Strong problem-solving skills and a fast learner.

- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.

- 2+ years of experience in frontend development.

- 23+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript, with deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.

- Experience with Redux, Vue, or Angular is a plus.

- 2+ years of experience contributing to system design or architecture, including scalability and reliability.

- Familiarity with bundling tools like Webpack and Vite.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented architecture and design patterns.

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

- Exposure to libraries such as three.js, konva.js, or antd is a bonus.

- Passionate about learning and applying new technologies to build world-class products.
