Frontend Engineer - Next.js/React.js

Description :

- Mentor the team and uphold strong engineering and delivery standards.

- Develop and maintain reusable components, design systems, and theming.

- Ensure performance, accessibility, security, and smooth backend/DevOps integration.

- Drive innovation through modern framework adoption and UI documentation.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, React Query, and modern UI

frameworks.

- Proven experience in architecting and delivering micro-frontend-based architectures.

- Solid understanding of modular design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.

- Expertise in CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS, or similar styling frameworks.

- Experience integrating front-end with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and authentication frameworks

(OAuth, SSO).

- Good understanding of performance optimisation, lazy loading, bundle splitting, and front-

end observability.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) and containerised

front-end deployments.

- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-

functional teams.
